Article V Section 10 of the Society bylaws states "Trustees as such shall not receive any stated salaries for their services, but by resolution of the Board of Trustees may pay for expenses incur by any Trustee for the purpose of fulfilling their Trusteeship to the Corporation. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to preclude any Trustee from serving the corporation in any other capacity and receiving the compensation therefore unless prohibited by these by-laws.
In essence, all the personalities serving on the Board of the Good Samaritan Society are all volunteer workers.
Our President, Elder Michael Ati Aderinkomi, has a Bachelors of Business in Finance and a Masters degree of Arts in Economics with specialization in Banking and Finance from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois.
Currently, he is President and Chief Executive Officer, CareMate Corporation, St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a Board Member of Minnesota Board of Nursing. He is also member of the American Academy of Medical Administrators. Michael serves on the Elder Board of Grace Ev. Free Church, Fridley, MN. He is married with four children.
The Board Chairman is Rev. Gregg Donnelly, Pastor of Village Evangelical Free Church, USA. He holds a Masters of Divinity Degree from Trinity University, Bloomington, Illinois, USA. He has over 16 years Pastoral experience.
Mr. Daniel C. Allen, CPA is the Treasurer of the Society. He is the Internal Auditor for Billy Graham Ministry in the USA.
The Secretary to the Board is Mr. Larry Sutherland; he has a passion to reach the people in the rural communities and has been a missionary to Eastern Europe for over ten years.
Coordinating our activities in Nigeria is Mr. Wole Aderinkomi, a graduate of Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is currently working with Guaranty Trust Bank, PLC, Lagos. |
