  • interior furnishings (fixtures, carpet, chairs, etc.)
  • landscaping materials
  • Tipper (dump truck)
  • bobcat
  • cement mixers
  • power saws (power miter box, table saw, skill saws, etc.)
  • rubber boots
  • arc welder
  • power drill
  • generator(s)
  • shovels
  • rakes
  • riding lawn mower
  • wheel barrows

Underwrite the cost of labor (workers to build the project)
These people work six days a week and are local Nigerians.

  • Unskilled labor - $375.00 pays wages for one year
  • Skilled labor - $687.00 pays wages for one year
  • Cement Supervisor - $845.00 pays wages for one year
  • Carpentry Supervisor - $1,155.00 pays wages for one year
