CareMate Corporation
was founded in 1989 and was registered as a Minnesota Corporation in January
1990. CareMate has three specialized divisions (subsidiaries); CareMate Nursing
Services, CareMate Home Health Care and CareMate International Systems, with
offices in the State of Minnesota and Wisconsin, USA.
The Medical Services division has contracts with the United States
Government Agency, the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), State of
Minnesota, and its counties. CareMate has grown from five office
employees and fifty field staff in 1994 to thirteen office employees and
a total of over four hundred paid full-time and part-time employees in 2000.

(CareMate International Systems Corporation) is an international trade division
of CareMate that deals in the export/import of high quality products from all over
the world to a chain of distributors in West Africa. CISCORP acquires products
at prices lower than what individual distributors can negotiate. CISCORP
USA markets products through its Distributors Network in West Africa.
West Africa is our target market because of its untapped economic potential and
demographic growth that has surpassed Western Europe. This arm of the business
procures products to meet the demands of our distributors, who understand the
prevailing needs of their local markets. Our knowledge and contacts in Western Africa
provide access to this market by many manufacturers in the United States of
America, South America, Canada, Asia-Pacific, South and Central Asia, Europe
and Africa.

As a company
headquartered in the USA, all international business and financial transactions
originate and are finalized from the United States of America. CISCORP USA
handles the negotiation of price and payment arrangement, relieving our
manufacturers and overseas export partners of any financial risk.

and its subsidiaries have in the past five years collaborated with other
organizations from United States of America to revitalize the West African
economic growth through partnership and investment in different sectors of the
economy of the region.

We are currently a partner with
The Good Samaritan Society of America in a
$3.5 million (USD) initiative to develop a modern village that includes a
Medical Center, a Community Center (for seminar, social interactions, religious
and other culturally relevant events) and a Technical School in Oyo State,
Nigeria.

In the area of agriculture, CareMate Corporation has made
significant investment with the American-Nigerian Palm Oil Producing
Corporation (ANPOP) to establish two
thousand hectares of Palm Tree Plantation and a Processing Plant in Oyo State,
Nigeria (a multi-million USD Venture).
